Hello, my name is Nikki Ives-Allison and I am an artist development agent currently residing in Ottawa, Canada. I am currently in the process of launching the first fully social enterprise record label, Matchless Minds Music which will support affiliated similarly to be launched non-profit organization Heartstrings. Heartstrings will focus on bringing music education and musicians into low-income and post-conflict communities to share the joy of making music with the children that live there and who otherwise wouldn't have access to arts education.
