I was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I moved to Canada when I was 15 in 1995 and lived with my sister.
I've been in and out of university ever since I graduated high school.
I was introduced to independent music 2008 after becoming a huge fan of a band I heard on CBC Radio 3 I started singing and eventually bought a guitar. I started writing my own music and started playing at various places. I've still have a long way to go before I can say that I'm an established artist, but I'm working towards that goal.
