Protector of the Public Trust (WhistleBlower) fired from the University of Manitoba for bringing to light accountability breaches by administrative executives and managers by abusing hiring authority, abusing purse-string authority, and abusing personnel evaluation authority. Managers hired each other's spouses, relatives and social circle discriminating against all employees not a manager's spouse, not a manager's relative and not a manager's social circle member. Administrative executives had allowed this to happen, creating a negative work environment as well as the managers giving me false negative performance evaluations contradictory of my actual positive performance.
I go it alone, as our union lawyer and business agents fail to see any conflicts of interest: apparently managers cross managing each other's spouses registers no problems, especially in administrative positions that a large amount of the population have the skill sets to fill.
I do it for the kids, because they deserve better and should not have to put up with abuse of authority in organizations with guaranteed funds, when they have to put up with their parents having to live in inequitable financial situations, with no beneficial handouts.
I also have a proposal out on the net for a Simultaneous Global Ceasefire for 11/11/2010, with the message going out that those involved in battle have never received the full disclosure of power flows and cash flows.
Once those disclosures have been disseminated in every language and every level of understanding in the world then we move on to the Initiation of the Implementation of the Adoption of an Ecologically Sustainable Global Societal Model commencing 11/11/2011 and then start on a new era of the brilliance of humanity.
