First started playing music at age 4. Studied through Royal Conservatory on piano (grade 10) then went to Western Washington University to study music composition. Left school and went on tour for the first time in 1988 with the band After All as their keyboard player. Later was a founding member of the band Pure. Left Pure in 1995, started Blisterene, ran that band on our own label until 1998 and then decided to focus exclusively on studio work. In 2007 released an album with my wife Isabelle under the name "Combine the Victorious." Helped to form the Boutique Empire collective/label in 2008 and released our Disagreements EP under that label. Have been producing bands for the past decade or so. Probably the most successful band so far is Sex With Strangers - check out their new album "The Tokyo Steel" it's really very good. Also recording with Jordy Birch under the name "Guilty About Girls." Things are starting to look good for 2010.
