Kenny Chance has three younger siblings. As a youth, Chance listened primarily to country music. Kenny Chance comes from a very musical family from his father to uncles and cousins, it seems everyone sings or plays a tune. Chance was into music at a young age and at 16 began to learn the guitar and sing. Chance had aspirations of pursuing music as a career. At age 19 Chance entered many singing and writing contests where he was a finalist several times. Chance raised his children as a single father. Now that his two daughters are older he is pursuing music career full time. Chance began writing in his early 20's and it is easy to find what the inspiration was. Music and singing have always played a major part of his life.
Most of the songs Chance writes have a personal experience in them, you could almost track the highs and lows in his life by his music.
Kenny Chance is currently working on his debut album and preparing to tour in 2011 and 2012 when his album is ready for release.
