Let’s jump to 1987, everything in between is family andfriends related and there’s still a book to be written there! Still lots ofsong’s & music being created through those years.
Electric Heat was a band created by George and BrianVanderstock. This band was later transformed with different musicians into CageRage and Brian was still the base player with this band.
So in 1987 the band Caged Rage was formed. This was a threepiece band that performed all original music. In 1994 the band recorded a CDcalled No Mono. Caged Rage disbanded in 1997. He also recorded with the HoweStanley Blues Reactor Band and other studio and film projects.
In early 2000 George created the band called Silvercreekwith his long friend of about 40 years, Paul Brett as drummer. George &Paul thought a long time had passed and that it was time to rebuild a newconcept band. So concentrating on top 40 classics, rock from the 50’s and tocurrent artists, the band was always consciences of volume and concentrated onharmonizing, great emotional impact and having fun! The band ran for over 5years when it disbanded.
In late 2011 George released hissolo CD called “In A Still World” which is receiving great reviews. The CD islive off the floor of his original music. George has pursued his dreams andafter all these years is going on his own. There was a great amount of love andsupport from family and friends for George to release his music, and this hashelped him along his journey.
Never give up on what your dreams are not matter what ageyou are. Always go with your heart. If you are true to yourself you can make itwork.
