MINK VALLEY - The Start Of: On a porch in North Vancouver, Canada, 2 partial projects were jamming. It was early spring 2006, with pissy neighbours, an RCMP visit, and many beers. The police arrived and tried to shut us down, we knew we were on to something good, so we merged. Four years later, we're the best 3 piece we could ever have imagined.Prior to Mink Valley's inception, Tanya and Fred have been gigging together in one form or another since 1998.
MINK VALLEY - The Music: We give our all with every song we make. We write most songs off the cuff and by using the Tenacious D motto "always push record, always push record." That works, if you can find the time to go through the musical hoarding sessions.
