Former political advisor, science-fiction author and frequent op-ed writer in Montreal newspapers, Philippe Navarro lives first and foremost for music.
Philippe has over 10 years experience as lead guitarist in the Canadian festival and bar scene from BC to Newfoundland.
He auto-produced a folk record in 2001.
Tuning into the French electro revival of Bertrand Burgalat, Saint-Germain, and Air, he founds the electro-rock act water on mars in the fall of 2003.
All of the 11 cuts on WOM's first record, Mannah (2004), obtained airplay on national public radio. Five cuts are still on satellite radio playlist (SIRIUS).
