New Tracks for 2010
Hey there,
I just uploaded some new tracks, straight from my super-fancy spare room recording studio. Included is my personal favourite, "Age of Shand," my tribute to the oddball Clifford Shand, who in 1890 built a fabulous home that is now the Shand House Museum, located in beautiful Windsor, NS. My long term plan is to write a song about each museum in the Nova Scotia Museum system. I've got 2 down, and 25 to go! (The other song is "Thomas Chandler Haliburton," which is available as a video on this channel.
Also included is "We Are," a non-love letter to my first English-Teaching gig in Taiwan, and "Flood," which has taken years to record. I wrote it in 1998 in Korea, Recorded the drums in Taiwan in 2003, and finally recorded the other tracks in 2009 in Nova Scotia.
I may get some others up soon.
