hidunkr started as a side project for duncan booth while visiting family in ontario.
he began mashing up software and hardware sampling and sequencing, wedding midi and physical instruments while layering in other elements like musical toys, glitching equipment, found sound and skewed vocals.
the tracks are fraught with lush, harmonic, futuristic longing that is somehow sleepy and electrifying, soothing and complicated.
