biographical info

WOODS OF YPRES have been a black and true-doom metal band, first inspired by life in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, founded in 2002 in Windsor Ontario, further developed in Toronto Ontario, and eventually cast back into the North.  WOODS OF YPRES are currently signed to Earache Records, worldwide.  The band will release their fifth full length album, "Woods 5", in 2012.
