Tricky Woo is a rock and roll explosion. Formed in 1996, the band is comprised of vocalist/guitarist/founder Andrew Dickson, long-time axe man extraordinaire, Adrian Popovich, drummer Patrick Sayers and bassist Alex Crowe. In August 2005, Tricky Woo released their 5th full-length album, "First Blush" on Last Gang Records. The album's concise, propulsive hard rock songs and steely dual lead guitar attack are more evocative of the NWOBHM than the Detroit inspired ramalama of the band's early records and a far cry from the bluesy psychedelic jams of their more recent efforts. The ever-morphing Tricky Woo seem to be leaving no stone unturned on the rock and roll landscape, the only constant being their ungodly abilty to rock you senseless.
