biographical info

The Northwest Division released their first EP in 2008, entitled 'Of Which I'm the Master.' The record garnered several positive reviews (Chart Magazine, Americana UK, Herohill), and was described as 'probably one of the best releases of the year (Hey, Where Did You Get That T-Shirt?).' Influenced by such bands as Crazy Horse, the Kinks and the Sadies, the band became known for their unique songwriting and a classic rock sound that featured loud, raucous guitar riffs and three part harmonies. NWD began a long residency at their local hangout, The Eton House, in 2009.  The band is now on an indefinite hiatus.
