biographical info

The Mudflowers are an all female pop-punk, rock trio based in St. John's, NL. The high energy and drive behind this band is phenomenal - nothing like you've ever seen or heard before. They're honest and refreshing, they've already shared the bill with Al Tuck, Shotgun Jimmie, BA Johnston, The Novaks, Mardeen, and Oh No Forest Fires, but they're not stopping there. When the snow lets up and the air starts to get a little warmer, look out Canada - they're coming!

"Straight out of high school and into the bars of St. John's, these girls like to drink beer and rock." - The Globe and Mail

"The inability for fans to pigeonhole their music to any one style has also attracted attention. Creating their sound in relative isolation from other bands and local influences, they get comparisons that range from old-school punk to Fleetwood Mac to Sonic Youth." - The Scope
