The Birch Taxis began with the musical vision of Aaron Dawson. While searching for just the right sound, Aaron recruited Eleano Krahn for the bass, Scott Currie for the chips and his basement, and lastly Matt Janzen for second guitar, keys, and back-up vocals. The Birch Taxis have rocked several shows and battles of bands, including the school district sponsored battle of the bands at Abby Colledgiate where Scott won "Best Drummer" and Aaron won "Best Vocalist". The Birch Taxis look forward to playing more shows, releasing their first ever EP, and expanding their musical horizons.
