biographical info

The Auditor General are four professional drinkers from the cold North Shore of Lake Superior who occasionally play a tasteful blend of folk and rock music. When they find the time between hangovers, the group explores complex lyrical themes through memorable, simple hooks that tap the toes and hearts that beat beside them. If you thought a Finnish guitar prodigy shredding along with sweet harmonies and upbeat rhythms didn’t belong on the indie scene, The Auditor General are out to prove you wrong.
The boys have opened for the likes of Elliott Brood, Rural Alberta Advantage, The Wooden Sky and Yukon Blonde to name a few. They are also cracking into the festival circuit this summer playing the Red Rock Folk Festival and Fort Frances Folk Festival.
The Auditor General are going on a cross-Canada tour this summer to get you dancing out of the way so they can drink your beer.

Skillen, Hogan, and Sillman also form 60 per cent of Norris, a tech-metal band that has played with the likes of Converge and Origin to name a few.
