biographical info
Emerging from a yellow-stained snow bank during the cold winter of 2001, The 3Tards immediately established themselves as leaders of the "asscore" movement. Spearheaded by the formidable four man wrecking crew themselves, "asscore" is the musical equivalent of a drunken biker brawl in a steamy bathhouse. Combining elements of classic punk, hardcore and metal The 3Tards collect a number of musical styles that would never normally work together, but somehow they bring it all into one potent package. The 3Tards live performances have become nothing short of legendary. With an array of wild, outrageous and completely over the top costumes and show ideas, The 3Tards captivate audiences attention with their side-splitting antics. From Michael Bolton and Ricky Martin fan club appreciation nights to dressing up as The Village People when they opened for punk legends The Misfits, The 3Tards performances routinely attract hundreds of fans who come out to sing along word for word including shows with luminaries such as The Dickies, Dayglo Abortions, Agent Orange, The Ripcordz, and Maximum RNR. With the release of Crystal Balls, the follow-up to their 2004 debut CD Greatest Hits Volume 2, the 3Tards have brought their infectious brand of humor and driving punk rock to a whole new level. Expect 2006 to be the year of asscore.
