biographical info

The VaGiants, hailing from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, describe themselves as a back-alley fight between AC/DC and Tina Turner while the Stooges sit on the sidelines chanting "Fight sloppier!" and "Fuck You!" They formed in late 2000 with one purpose. That purpose was to rock like they had never rocked before. They do! Period. In one short year the VaGiants have established themselves as one of the loudest, craziest, funniest, drunkenest party bands north of the 49th parallel. Notorious for their energetic live show and their "hyper-intelligent" sense of humor, the VaGiants have won over an ever growing local and regional fan base. They recently released their debut CD, "Short and Hard". Now, the VaGiants are ready to spread their proverbial disease unto the world masses. After all... the VaGiants are all about the rock. Period.
