The Puritans began as an idea, a small, hyper-reactive musical concept in response to the calls of the esteemed Reverend Abner Pim and his Gospel of Spite. This four-piece embraces the feel of ol' swing tunes, steals from the vaults of suped-up psycho-jazz, and relishes in the ass-shaking, groove-making tenets of blues rock. Now in their second "five-year plan", The Puritans have succeeded in establishing themselves as a raucous, firey bastion of r'n'r energy that few can compare, but most would give their eye-teeth to catch a glimpse...
