biographical info
Conceived from long distance friends leaving musical messages on one another's answering machines, Subcollisions was born kicking and screaming at a Montreal kitchen party. The group has since grown into a slightly skewed 10-piece ensemble of good-time cabaret Franglais, land-locked sea shanties, and a dash of Louisiana spice.
Gaining rapid momentum, the group has played street festivals
in Montreal and Toronto, sundry bars and cafés, and a barn full of conglomerated villagers. Their songs have been aired on radio CKUT Montreal, CIUT Toronto, and CIBL Montreal.
Join the procession into a circus bazaar of carnies, contortionists & maestros that pulls you in with enigmatic tales of love, mischief, and mayhem.
