ECMA Nominee and multi-award winner Stephanie Mainville has appeared in official showcases at the Junos, the Canadian Country Music Awards, Canadian Music Week and the six times at the East Coast Music Awards.

2010 ECMA Nominee for Pop Recording of the Year
Stephanie released her second full-length album in September 2009.  The project began with a week of live-off-the-floor sessions recorded in Toronto's legendary Canterbury Studios.  Under the direction of renowned multi-instrumentalist Kevin Fox, a talented group of musicians gathered to craft ten new songs to create a beautiful reflective acoustic pop album.  Stephanie Mainville - Out of Nowhere has been nominated for a 2010 ECMA in the Pop Recording of the Year category.

The first radio single from Out of Nowhere [Wait]was the NB regional winner and the national 1st Runner Up in the 2009 Canadian Radio Star National Song Writing Competition.

Stephanie’s debut album released in 2004 introduced her abilities as a multi-instrumentalist, singer, composer/arranger, performer and songwriter. A project that started out as a demo, while remaining a low-budget recording, generated interest and support from established industry professionals and world-class studio musicians and performers. The result was an album that received a total of 8 award nominations and won 3 awards.

Stephanie has appeared in official showcases at the Junos, the Canadian Country Music Awards, the ECMAs, and Music New Brunswick Week. Her crystal-clear voice and her fusion of classical violin and traditional Celtic fiddle playing has earned her featured artist and nominee status at the ECMAs, GMA Canada's Covenant Awards, the Shai Awards (Canada’s “People’s Choice Awards" for Gospel music), and the New Brunswick Gospel Music Hall of Fame’s Mercy Awards.

• Canadian Country Music Week Showcase Artist (2006) ~ Stephanie was a featured artist at an official 2006 CCMA Showcase in Saint John at the historical Imperial Theatre.  The CCMAs are Canada's national awards for Country music.

• East Coast Music Awards (2006) ~ Stephanie's debut album was nominated "Gospel Recording of the Year" for the 2006 ECMAs.  She was also featured in two official ECMA Showcases:  "Girls Night Out" on the Delta Mainstage and the "Gospel Stage" in Charlottetown, PEI.

• Covenant Awards ~ The Canadian Gospel Music Association awarded Stephanie the "Instrumental Song of the Year" for her song "Ern's Waltz".  She also picked up a second Covenant Award nomination for "River Reel", the other instrumental song from Family.  In October 2005, Stephanie joined Ali Matthews onstage at the McVety Centre to present 4 awards at the 27th Annual Covenant Awards gala in Toronto.  In 2006, she received her second Covenant Award for her song "You" which is included on the compilation album "Sea to Sea" which won the "Special Events/Compilation Album of the Year" award.

• Shai Award Nomination ~ Just three months after its release, the recording was nominated “Inspirational Album of the Year” for the 2005 Shai Awards – Canada’s “People’s Choice” Awards for Gospel music.  In 2007, the CD was nominated "Folk Album of the Year" and Stephanie was invited to  perform during the Gala Award show in Edmonton, Alberta.

•  Mercy Award ~ The New Brunswick Gospel Music Hall of Fame nominated Stephanie as “Instrumentalist of the Year” for the 2005 Mercy Awards.  Stephanie opened the gala awards show with a high-energy and inspiring performance of “The Maritime Song” that had the audience responding with a rousing standing ovation and received rave reviews.  She received a Mercy Award in 2006 for "Song & Creative Arts".

• Great Canadian Worship Song Contest ~ The ambient version of the song “You” from Family was one of 30 songs selected out of 500 submissions in the “Great Canadian Worship Song Search”.  The song was re-released on CMC Distribution’s 2005 worship compilation album "Sea To Sea: I See The Cross" in October 2005.  This project has been nominated for a 2006 GMA Canada Covenant Award for "Compilation/Special Events Album of the Year".
