Shawn Hebb is an eclectic Nova Scotia songwriter; one foot in Folk, the other dipped in Country, a hand in the Pop sensibility jar, and the other hand swishing in a mug of rock and roll. His songs will make you smile then break your heart, give you hope, and have you singing a long.

Recorded at his home on the south shore of Nova Scota, Shawn Hebb’s new album Long Way Home is an eclectic collection of folk / rock / pop songs built on acoustic guitars, honest lyrics, a little pedal steel, the occasional harmonized guitar solo, and a lot of heart.
Shawn is as influenced by Colin Hay, Nick Drake and Wilco as he is by Motley Crue and Iron Maiden, by Chuck Berry and the Beatles as he is Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson, by Duran Duran as he is the Tom Waits.
Shawn has played on the northern Ontario bar circuit, hotels in Bangkok and Hong Kong, Casinos and festivals in Canada and the States and on Cruise ships in the Caribbean, States and Mexico.
Shawn is currently living in Nova Scotia writing new songs and gigging in support of Long Way Home.
