Stash is the music you've always heard in your head, the voice of the mad prophet, the preternatural space poetry of the carnal caste. When you hear a song by Stash, comparisons cease to exist, even to matter. Each song is a revelation, a singular experience that mimics no other. Having performed for nine or ten years, (depending on whom you ask) the actual genre has moved from urban dance to folk to punk to reggae to stadium, roots and industrial rock. Why conform? Why imitate? Stash walks the earth like forgotten element, the piercing gaze of its cynical naive iconoclasm sweeping the dustbin of culture from its unique view.
