OTIS embarked on their voyage of sonic pummelling from Toronto in 1992. Shortly after they independently released PAID TO SUFFER, the critically acclaimed disc entitled SpaceJumboFudge (1996) was released; (distributed by Universal) It was reported that the album had sold 30 000+ copies in Germany and quickly it became a must-have due to it's mythical status. After ensuing problems with drummers and their label, the band went through a reclusive hiatus. In 1998 the infamous Frank Kozik of Man's Ruin records from San Francisco got hold of SPACEJUMBOFUDGE and enthusiastically demanded to release anything the band wished to record. Thus, the TEMPLEBALL CD surfaced. Once again, the band sent their seismic signals across the globe and received feedback with the likes of being dubbed as "The Heaviest". 2000 saw SPACEJUMBOFUDGE re-released and in 2001, after the demise of Man's Ruin, The Music Cartel label released SONGS FOR WORSHIP, featuring SHALLOW NORTH DAKOTA drummer Tony Jacome.
