Skratch 3 is an energetic ska/punk band based out of Port Hope, Ontario Canada. The band originally started out as a three-piece consisting of Woody, Dic and Brian Bracken in February 2000. In May of 2000, Skratch 3 added Todd on trombone and after a few short months was going strong with an amazing step up in harmonies. Starting out playing local shows, Skratch 3 was noticed to have the largest crowd response at all venues. The band laid down four songs on a rough demo at Studio 8 in Toronto. About two years after its creation Skratch 3 added Luke to play trumpet and guitar after parting ways with a few other horn players. Playing two energetic sets with ska greats Mustard Plug and The Planet Smashers in November 2002, the band was on its way. In early 2003, however, Bracken left the band and Todd was pushed up front and ben added to play guitar. Things are rolling again for skratch 3...watch for them in your town soon!
