Siobhan, former guitarist for The Bombshells and Bif Naked, embarked on a solo career in 1998, fronting her own power pop trio. Known for her entertaining live performances, she has played numerous shows, made several TV appearances, toured as an opening act for Bif Naked, and appeared on the mainstage at Whistler's Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival in April 2000.
The year 2000 saw Siobhan reprising Blondie’s ‘One Way or Another’ for a TV commercial, and lending her voice to a couple of tracks on the Black Halos new album “The Violent Years”.
Siobhan’s album STAR features her power pop sound enhanced by the all-star musicianship of Pat Steward and Doug Elliott, both former members of the Odds, and by Sarah McLachlan bandmates Sean Ashby and Vince Jones. STAR has been featured on CBC and CFOX, and has garnered great reviews in The Vancouver Sun, The Courier, and The Province.
Siobhan was recently nominated for ‘Best Local Female’ in the Georgia Straight Music Awards.
