So what do I do now?
I am watching this tv show, in the scene, the actor buys herself a cup of coffee . She is met by another actor who has his own coffee, freshly purchased. They begin to say their lines, gesturing with their free hands and waving their cups around. I realize that the actors have nothing in their cups. No sane person would wave a very hot cup of coffee around like that, even if it did have a tight lid. The more television I watched the more I began to say to myself, "They have nothing in their cups!"
When I have nothing in my cup, I either put the cup on the counter and wash it later, or I go to the nearest garbage can and dispose of it. If I buy a fresh cup of coffee from my local coffee place, and I get an empty cup, I don't continue talking to my friend who also has no coffee as if nothing happened, I take action. I demand my beverage or my money back.
Now I can't watch television without worrying about whether or not they have anything in their cup. I'm probably better off I suppose.
That's a picture of a part of my head up there.
