In years past, Ricca was front man for rock bands defEKt and Phattoe, touring the nation on several occasions. As a battle rap champion, he won numerous high-profile tournaments. He feels blessed to have opened for hip hop artists such as KRS ONE, Public Enemy, Redman/Method Man, Kardinal Offishall, Souls of Mischief, Digable Planets, Buck 65, Eyedeas & Abilities and America’s Best Dance Crew winners, the Jabbawockeez.
