biographical info
Once upon a time in the magical land of Guelph a band was born unto this world. On the seventh night in the third hour of the red-crescent moon when not a soul did stir the seed was at first planted. And how it grew, and grew, and grew, until the soil of Guelph could feed it no more, for this tree hungered insatiably. This was no normal tree, for the great wizard Bird Dog himself had planted it. He had cast the spell of rock and roll on it, and from its limbs the band of the millennium would soon fall. In the first winter the harvest yielded a drummer, wise and strong, drink like horse too. The spring was wet and long and the tree shot out a bass player, mischievous and crafty almost from very the start, at least after he grew arms. The summer was hot and dry and the tree thirsted desperately for water and could only harvest a small singing hobbit, red-eyed and squishy to boot. The fall brought with it heavy storms and more rain that the tree could drink and from its lowest branch fell a guitarist who landed straight on his head and never recovered. And so it was……..
