Paul Stewart was born in Saint John, New Brunswick and has been
blind since the age of six, the result of a brain tumour. At
Twelve years of age, Paul started writing songs.
Paul (and his dogs) have travelled extensively over the years,
often by foot and thumb, busking across Eastern Canada, Ontario,
and in the US; Paul has also been featured on numerous radio shows from CBC Winnipeg to St. John's including
interviews on CBC, LURadio in Thunderbay and numerous print interviews. His gospel anthems and down-home country ballads
have received airplay from Australia to Denmark.
As an itinerant musician Paul continues to write and perform
his material for all who will listen. He has appeared in Ohio on
television, and radio stations both here and in Europe are playing
his music.
