biographical info

For an artist at the start of a career, his hard-earned years on the road already shine through with a comfortable attitude on and off stage. This isn't a musician by trade, this is someone who makes music because they have to. And even though any school dropout needs a back-up plan, 300,000 kilometers of touring behind the wheel of his van will hopefully secure some type of driving career for Pat if things don't pan out.
He's born and bred in Windsor, Ontario, the city of roses and the automotive capitol of Canada. His neighbours to the north in Detroit, Michigan paved the way for what is rock and soul music today. Pat's brand of music doesn't quite showcase the sound of Motown Detroit, but it's got the soul and spirit to measure up. He doesn't tour with a band or record with one. He prefers to keep the decisions and performances up to himself, and he's still able to paint a landscape with a song as if a hundred people had given their advice.
Pat has opened doors, with the help of a few valued friends along the way, that people continue to knock on their whole lives. He's had a few pats on the back from respectable artists along the way, too, including Peter Frampton, Sam Roberts, Matthew Good, The Beach Boys & Bob Rock.

Use iTunes?  I do!  I think it's great.
I think free music is great, but I think purchasing music at a fair price is even better.
About six months ago my musical catalog made its way on to the iTunes server, as well as about a dozen other digital music source sites.
Take a second to check out iTunes.  I'm not just promoting it for myself.  It's a digital musical revolution and you should be involved.  Support the music you love!

Use Twitter?  I do!  I update infrequently and with several grammatical errors in every tweet.  Follow me if you wish!

Use Facebook?  I don't.  But I have a fan page up there.  Become a fan.

ARTISTS IN SUPPORT.  It's an idea that spawned from hours of driving, frustration and conversation with my front-of-house sound & tech man Mr. RF.  We are both Windsor based artist.  We are both blessed with tons of talented friends and want to share their talent with anyone we can.  We decided to do this in the form of a weekly concert series.  Every Tuesday night a bunch of our friends get together for drinks and tunes.  Each week we've had 3 separate bands/acts perform with DJs spinning & creating original electronic music between sets & after the show.  The vibe is incredible.  The right people are showing up.  The music is hands-down amazing.  Come be a part of this and spread the word.  Check out weekly listings here:

I start work on a new album next month with this Canadian guitarist/producer:
