biographical info
Mike Wil and Lazar Wolfe met each other back in the 80's while attending elementary school (Cedar Valley R.I.P.). It was around this time that they discovered hip hop and skateboarding, which would prove to have a life long affect on the two. After elementary, they drifted in different directions, all the while still following the same path. Every once in a while they would bump into each other at local skate parks and different spots around town. It was not until Lazar got on the horn (after hearing that Mike had been fussing about on some record players) that our two protagonists got together and worked out some sounds. For you see, Lazar Wolfe had been experimenting with instrumentation in that old time hip hop tradition. Since the reconciliation, the two have "got down" with different friends, who each, in turn, stepped up to the mic. Word.
