On June 26, 2010, a donation of $151.00 from the music fund ,..and $87.00 from CD sales and donations was made to Sunrise Sanctuary at the summer fundraiser in Marysville, Ohio. Sunrise Sanctuary is a permanent shelter and safe haven for abused, neglected, handicapped, and unwanted animals, allowing them to live out their lives in a natural farm setting. They are a non-profit charity operating totally on donations. This 16 acre animal rescue is home to over 80 animals, including turkeys, chickens, horses, pigs, goats, cows, sheep, llamas, donkeys, rabbits, and chinchillas. On June 19, 2010, a donation of $125.00 from the music fund was made to Friends of Wetlands at the summer fundraising picnic in Milan, Ohio. Friends of Wetlands is a non-profit, all volunteer group advocating for wetlands protection through education and direct action. On April 29, 2010, a donation of $102.35 was made to Mercy for Animals. Mercy For Animals is a national 501(c)(3) non-profit animal advocacy organization. On December 13, 2008,... $236.84 was used to purchase 100 lbs.of horse feed, 300 lbs. of dog food, 80 lbs. of puppy food, 80 lbs. of cat food, 16 lbs. of kitten food and 80 lbs. of cat litter which was donated to the Wyandot County Humane Society in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. This is a total of 576 pounds of food donated THANKS TO YOUR SUPPORT!

The Wyandot County Humane Society is an animal protection organization whose primary missions are to prevent and relieve animal suffering and cruelty and to foster an environment of respect, responsibility and compassion for all beings through education and public advocacy.
