I toiled over this project for the last two winters, and after much tinkering I think that the result is a collection of decent representations of decent songs. I put together a new band, which includes a few players from the album sessions, including drummer Nick Wombolt, formerly of Jimmy Swift Band, and bassist Devin Ryan, formerly of Krasnogorsk. We're having two album release parties, one in Moncton on April 10th at Plan B and one in Halifax April 14th at the Company House. Phil Flowers and Marco Rocca will be on the bill in Moncton, two of my favourite songwriters and performers. Please check them out if you haven't already:
