biographical info
Oh How It Ended is a three-piece Heavy Rock/Alternative unit
from London, Ontario.
Formed in September of 2007 by drummer “Tony Chicago”; bass player “Johnston Wisconsin”; and singer/guitarist
“Yoda Minnesota”,
after their previous project (a 4-piece Metal band that shall remain unnamed at
this time) came to an abrupt halt, with one of its members leaving the line-up
suddenly. After 10 years, 3 albums, and
countless live performances, it was over. Never ones to give up, the three
remaining members decided to continue playing together, changing a few key
things in their initial way of thinking.
Since the inception
of Oh How It Ended, the 3 members
have worked diligently on defining their own unique sound, leaving behind any previous
borders and limitations. They have concentrated on writing all types of music,
not just one specific style. Recently, they finished recording 8 of their songs
for a self titled demo with producer Rainer Wiechmann (NAIL, Kittie, Helix) at
Mole Studio in London,
and are now looking to play live shows in support of their efforts. After being
nominated for a 2009 London Music Award for “Best Rock Group” and having a
small write-up about them printed in Scene Magazine, Oh How It Ended is hoping to expand their ever growing fan base and
list of potential contacts and friends.
