biographical info

No Coast was formed in 2000 with original members Peter McLeod, Johnny Insipid, Jay Muzzeral, Andy Wilke and Mike Courtney. As of August 2001, Johnny Insipid, Jay Muzzeral and Mike Courtney moved on to seperate projects, paving the way for the new recruits of the No Coast ranks. Original members Peter McLeod(lead vocals), and Andy Wilkie(bass) have voyaged many courses and strengthened the crew along the way. Chris Holley from the Blotto Boys proved his worthiness and joined No Coast in 2001. The following year introduced guitarist Denis Komili from the Amazing Larrys with a breadth of experience from the lengthy list of Calgary bands he's destroyed with. That same year welcomed drummer Ian Manhire from Ottawa 's Alter Egos to march the crew on deck. Finally, Aaron Taylor from the University Pipes and Drums jumped on-board No Coast Hardcore with his bagpipes under his arm.
