biographical info

NASH THE SLASH has been creating his unique concept of sound and vision for over 25 years. Between experiments with film and music, Nash became a familiar name to music fans through his association with the group FM. His profile was raised internationally when he toured the world with Gary Numan and Iggy Pop. Other shows include opening for The Who in Toronto to a crowd of 70,000 people, and opening for The Tubes on a tour of Europe. In 1997 Cut-Throat released a CD compilation of Nash’s first two recordings entitled “Blind Windows”. In 1999 he released "Thrash". In January 2000, Nash began composing the score to the silent film classic "NOSFERATU". For Hallowe'en 2000, Cut-Throat released on CD the classic Nash LP "Children of the Night" with six bonus tracks. By January 2001, Nash began to master the CD of the soundtrack to "Nosferatu". It was released in April 2001.
