Mr. Chris & the Gassy Bubbles are a children's rock & roll band from Toronto. The group members include: Mr. Chris - (singer/piano), Danny Bubble - (producer/bass), Vinnie Bubble - (drums/percussion), Frankie Bubble - (guitar), Loosey Bubble - (bass), Marco Bubble - (drums/percussion) & Andy Bubble - (DJ/special effects).
The band's missions is to create fun music that equally appeals to both children and parents. The band wants to strive to get parents more involved. Furthermore, the band wants all to be able to access the music, even families living in low income homes - which is why the band offers all of their music for FREE download at www.mrchrismusic.com
The band hopes to join families together by blending music, literacy and humour into the music. The music is written by Mr. Chris, and the majority of his influences are based from 60's and 70's rock & roll, funk and motown bands such as The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Sly & the Family Stone, The Temptations, Supertramp, etc.....
Currently Mr. Chris & the Gassy Bubbles are touring Canada with their first album 'Dance Shake Rattle & Roll' - And will be releasing their 2nd album ' Bubble Love' in 2009.
