Hello Dearest Friends, Today, we begin a wonderful tour to Ottawa and back again. We present to you: The Shifty Bits Tour 2011. The Shifty Bits Mobile, AKA The Captain, is in the process of being packed, and we're about to brave the wild west of Eastern-Central Canada. Please come and help us buy gas by buying our EPs, lighters, and T-shirts. We're so excited, the pee is hard to hold in. Hello cyber friends, We have recently recorded another new EP! The title is still up in the air, as it is merely in the mixing stages. But it's exciting, non? We will have this EP up on the internetz as soon as it's sounding its finest. Hopefully that is soon. Also, We're going on tour very soon. Dates coming up! [ks]

Our EPs have been released! MArch 3rd was the official release date, and it was oodles of fun. We have EPs for sale at all of our shows, Backstreet Records in Fredericton and St. John, as well as online: www.motherhoodmusic.bandcamp.com The online version is $5, and the physical copies are $7. Backstreet copies are $7.50... we like things to be nice and confusing, just like our music. Also, Motherhood did not disband. We just happened to play a truly terrible show, and felt that no one would love us unless we told them we broke up. Just kidding. But... really. We're sorry for that show. Please don't give up on us yet.

Hello anyone/everyone, We've recorded a real-live studio EP! Not to brag (as I am both a member of the band and the partner of the person that recorded us), but it sounds great so far. The Arizona EP is in the mixing/mastering process, so that's cool. Hopefully the EP will be ready for everyone's ears by January! The real question is: will everyone's ears be ready for the EP by January? If you're skeptical about your ear-readiness, come out to one of our upcoming shows. That should give 'em a tune-up! We're playing at the Capital Complex this Thursday, November 25, for FeelsGood Thursday. FeelsGood members get in for... FREE! Everyone else probably has to pay $5. We also have the honour of headlining UNB's Last Class Bash at the Cellar. Coooool. December 3rd will probably be one of the best times. Finally (for the time being), we will be hoppin' on over to the city of good times, Halifax. December 9th (oh yes, right in the middle of exams), we will be teaming up with The Belle Comedians and commandeering the Paragon Theatre. We'll be supplying the music and the fun, but please bring your dancing shoes and your extra fun. Any extra fun is always welcome. Finally, it's snowing in Halifax, Fredericton, and Vancouver.
