New EP Skeletons now available! Online and at our shows.
Originally hailing from Fernie, BC where life is served up to the minute, the duo of Jenna Priestner and Marcia Hanson serve up a set that is immediate and jaw dropping. Blasting riffs, angelic vocals, and catchy hooks all cranked to 11 presented in a non-stop thrill ride that harkens back to the days when "punk" wasn't streamed, it was live, in your face and more importantly, it was fun.
Mobina Galore released their first album Revel in June 2011 in time for their two month Western and Central Canadian Tour; hitting every stage like it was their last. During that tour they participated in Vancouver's Green Couch Sessions with their friends Stellar Radio Choir.
The duo made the Top 25 for CBC Radio 3 and Green Couch Productions Tracks on Tracks contest, showcased at NXNE 2012 Festival and Manitoba Songfest 2013.
What you get from Mobina Galore is unique. The sound is rare, yet catchy and commercially desired. They are looking to break new sight and sound into the Canadian music scene.
Their influences come from artists such as The Distillers, Tegan and Sara and Social Distortion.
Mobina Galore currently reside in Winnipeg MB.
