biographical info

Matt Epp is irrefutably one of the most extraordinary Artists to come out of Canada in the past decade.  Through years of touring and travels, Epp's particular character of soulful folk, infectious pop sensibilities and whimsical humour has won the admiration of an audience which spans the globe.

Charismatic and commanding, Epp is a consummate showman who delights listeners with raw, intimate acoustic sessions as well as high-energy shows backed by his international band, The Amorian Assembly.

Epp has played hundreds of shows, and collaborated often with artists ranging from Eliza Gilkyson to Jesse DeNatale, Serena Ryder, and Lori Meyers, turning impromptu collisions into unforgettable performances.

Matt Epp has just returned from Europe and Los Angeles with a new studio album produced by Jamie Candiloro (Ryan Adamsm R.E.M), set to be released May 2013.  If you haven't already fallen for this critically acclaimed artist, you soon will.
