Morrell's Mushroom Band is the name I used for my first CD. I play all the instruments on the CD except for harmonica. Katrein sings my songs As for myself, I've been involved in music as a professional player (electric bass) as well as an amateur practically all my life. I guess I've turned many musical corners and love the music I'm creating now ! it's evolved into something like jazz and blues, although I'm not sure how to define it. I'm presently working on a full length CD and hope to be finished by early spring 2007. As it develops, I hope to have other musicians join me which is another challenge for me but should be a satisfying experience. By the way, my song "Lampshade Over The Moon" has been chosen by DigYourRoots.ca as a potential finalist in their creative Jazz category. Please check their site to listen to canadian artists.
