Since forming in 1995 the Mean Red Spiders have been juggling the pithiest and most recognizable musical elements of the American and British underground - from the dense wall of sound of My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth, and Dinosaur Jr. to the swirling guitar pop of Lush, Super Furry Animals, and Ride, and condensed it into a fluid "space-pop" that is as aggressive and heaving as it is fluid and melodic.
