artist Lindsay Ferguson

Lindsay Ferguson, born in Bermuda, raised in Prince Edward County & now living in the Ottawa area, has a voice that can raise the hairs in places that you can't even see. Her voice evokes feeling. It evokes hair-raising. Passion, intensity & your imagination is what Lindsay plays with. She also plays with her guitar, but it is only an accompaniment to her Lovely & inspiring voice. Most people say that she doesn't even need a guitar, but she feels that a life of A Capella singing just won't take off. No one wants to sit through a night of some solo "a capella" song-writer.  Not even with a voice like that.

Lindsay has taken the past few years and put them to good use through travel, insight & worldy experience. Her songs tell the truth. They are real life, pain, pleasure, betrayal, Love, water, late nights, falling stars.

She has performed at various festivals throughout Canada; Blueskies, Ottawa Bluesfest, Atlantic Music Fest, The Waterfront Festival & WESTFEST to name a few.  She has performed on various radio & televison stations; CBC, CTV, Rogers, CKCU to name a few. She has played on MANY stages in Canada, Ireland, California, Bermuda & Switzerland.

Lindsay has just finished recording her first full length CD entitled "SOUND." This will be released in the summer of 2007. She worked on this album with the production mastery & musicality of Mr. David Draves of Little Bullhorn Prods. in Ottawa Ontario.

Lindsay was born to sing. That is why she was born. To sing for all of you is her raison d'etre. It is her whole life & maybe one day her song will seep into you.
