Kill Me Thrill Me
The band started as just freinds jamming just for kicks. Over a few months we were just jamming with anyone who could pick up a guitar eventually a lineup was formed and they turned into a band. After a few live shows playing covers They decided to get serious and start writing our own stuff and developing our own original sound which had to be at the least one thing... Rock.
A few moths went by when we were caught of gaurd by the absents of Kyle Mcdonald and Harlan Sim. Kyle who left for colledge and Harlan who quit. Leaving the band to a duo of Shawn Greensides and Lukas Lynn. Two self taught devoted musicians who would do anything to be heard. Leading to the creation of the impromtu and ultimatley ghetto recording studio called Studio 1. Mics fastened with duct tape drums blocked up with amps. it was'nt much but it was home, and withought any prior knowledge of recording they went to work.
"Were a band that likes to experiment and mix things up". "We always try and do something new and different but at the same time never straying to far from the roots of Rock". "Whithout it wed always be aking the question were the solo?" " Or the wild drums or Heavy rythems" We also like to mix up our lineups which can lead to some really cool setups. When playing live ussualy doubling up in a song Lynn singing while playing guitar or Greensides singing while drumming which is something to be seen.
I think the biggest influence in our sound is how we created our own style. We all taught our selves music. and we all play our instrament our own way the way we learned it. inspired by artist before us who did the same.
