Kori's new CD is called "Brighter Side". With all songs written, arranged and mixed by Kori and as co-producer, she was able to incorporate her diverse talents and love for all aspects of creating music into the making of this CD. Kori says "The piano brings out a different songwriter in me than the guitar does, so I find I write two slightly different styles of song depending on the instrument I'm using." As the title Brighter Side would suggest, all of the songs, even the ones about loss or change look at the positive side of moving on from bad relationships with other people, choosing to learn and choosing love over anger. She says, "Hopefully one day I'll get it all right. In the meantime, I'll keep learning and writing. I hope you enjoy the journey as much as I do."
