biographical info
Often described as one of Canada's greatest up-and-coming acts, Johnny
Don't is a group with an extraordinary talent for blending various
musical styles and outrageous witty humour into a "brand" of music that
is as unique as it is familiar.
Together, Mike Colli, Graham Templeman, Dave Postnikoff and Jesse Dawson
have created a musical repertoire that simply kicks ASS. With their
well crafted sense for lyric, and infectious melodies it is very easy
to find a Johnny Don't song stuck in your head.
The skillful delivery of their music, is what sets Johnny Don't apart.
They bring a "no inhibitions" clause to their stage show, always
interacting with the crowd. Johnny Don't make's "you"the audience feel
like your at home with a band in your Living room. Invaded and Blown
Away.
In fact more often than not, Johnny Don't more of a Comedy/Rock show
thing happenin'. With their satirical song writing and impeccable
timing, Johnny don't usually leaves their audience hanging off their
every word and rolling off their seats in laughter.
On April 1st 2010, Johnny Don't unveiled their debut CD "THE FULL
CITY". An album which brilliantly captures the eccentricities of this
band. With each new song comes a different genre, all stacked with
irresistible hooks that command your attention.
Over the course of 2010 Johnny Don't has been playing across the country
to deliver their anxiously awaited debut release to their Canadian
fans.
