Award winning fiddler, JJ Guy’s performances, while steeped in tradition, have taken fiddle music to a new and exciting level. His recordings consisting of original and traditional tunes receive air play all over Canada, and his entertaining and fun stage show keep this much in demand performer on the road making him a force to be reckoned with in the acoustic world! JJ’s labor of love remains fiddle music and A true devotee of the fiddle, one of his passions is teaching at fiddle camps and workshops. Along with a busy performing schedule, JJ is active as a guest artist and judge at many fiddle contests!
JJ’s roots and home still remain in rural Saskatchewan and this down to earth, hard working way of life is reflected in his personality. JJ is in hot demand and tours extensively, between bouts of domestic bliss and writing original music!
