artist (Indifference)

(Indifference) is from Regina, Sask. Since debuting in 2001, they have performed on many main stages show casing their original rock act. The band's unique delivery and stage energy has garnered attention in the local media spotlight and they are making a name for themselves in other parts of Canada. (Indifference) has toured parts of Western Canada, appeared on APTN, Saskatchewan's local Access TV, CBC, attended festivals and hard rock venues.(INDIFFERENCE) has  shared the stage with Marcy Playground and Vancouver's State Of Shock. Also opened for Trooper at the bear claw casino and just played at the 6th annual aboriginal music festival in saskatoon. The band consists of Bill Cook(vocals,bass) Vinnie Fiorante (drums), Dale McArthur (guitar) . The band is most comfortable on stage. In short, they make their own sound and tell their stories through music. The sound is a mixture of influences ranging from Matt Good, to Our Lady Peace, Collective Soul. Hard rock legends Soundgarden, Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, to name a few also influence the band's unique sound. The result is pure energy driven by solid riffs with Billy Corgan-esque guitar effects, raw vocals, and straight up catchy drum work. The rock style is a distinctive sound forged out of rock venues and darkened clubs that reek of stale booze and cigarettes, with a stage full of old duct tape, cigarette burns, on an old smelly carpet to capture the liveness and emotion-driven energy of cranked noise. Where the amps on stage are alive and hot, tubes humming under the spotlight awaiting the over driven crunch and the angst-ridden scream of the guitar feedback that follows the solid thump of the powerful kick drum. (Indifference) is recording their full-length follow up album to 2005's self-titled Indie release. (INDIFFERENCE) is Recording a new album to be released 2012. Check out the bands new single ENOUGH.
