biographical info
Ghosts of Modern Man have been a musical entity since 2001. Jonah Krieser, Jamie Deal, Stacey Hahn and Tristan Helgason formed the group out of the ashes of Pillar, Filmmaker and Layaway Plan. The group recorded it's debut, "City of No Light" at MCC Studios Calgary with longtime friend, Rob "Josh" Gwilliam. The group signed up with Winnipeg based label, Smallman Records (home to among others, Moneen, Choke and Comeback Kid)that same year. Extensive touring insued, and the band became notorious for it's' sweaty, raucous live show. "City of No Light" went on to garner fantastic reviews from either end of the county. The band has no plans to stop ripping peoples faces off anytime in the near future. In fact, we're on our way to your town right now. Bring your sister.

"Ghosts of Modern Man are full-bodied rockers with blood coursing through their veins and hearts worn proudly on their sleeves and on this full length, they're almost SCARY good."
